But note that not all relationships are good or necessary, some relationships are toxic, complicated, and stressful, and in order to improve your life, you need to let go of unhealthy relationships, disconnect from them completely.

2. Stop stressing too much: I need you to understand that in life there are certain things you don’t have control over and as much this may be a cliché, it’s the absolute truth.

In all sincerity being an optimist increases your job performance, creativity and boosts your self-esteem. Having positive expectations of you can elevate your life, health, and mental health.

4. Get enough sleep: There is so much going on in our lives at the same time, so many things need your attention and all this have replaced good sleep. The thing is that sleep is vital in elevating the quality of your life. Without good sleep, you can’t deliver100%. The quality of your sleep affects the quality of your life.

5. Eat well: Lastly, eat well, and get enough food in your body, you need the vitamins and energy to perform well and give your best at every point. Also, note that what you put in your system affects your health, your health should be your priority.
