What is Eyelash serum?
An eyelash beauty product called eyelash serum claims to lengthen and thicken natural lashes. A common substitute for eyelash extensions is eyelash serum. Lash development serums frequently include hyaluronic acid, panthenol, biotin (vitamin B7), pumpkin seed extract, peptides, and castor oil.

These substances can hydrate and moisturize the lashes to stop breakage and stimulate hair growth. The telogen, or resting phase of your eyelashes’ growth cycle, can be prolonged using eyelash serum.
Step-by-step process to apply eyelash serum
Take off contact lenses
It’s crucial to take out your contact lenses if you’re wearing them before using any lash serum. No matter how long your lashes are, your stinging eyes won’t be happy if the lash serum gets stuck behind your contact lenses.
Please take out your contact lenses and place them in their case. Since contacts can be worn while using lash serums, you can put them back about 15-20 minutes after you finish using your lash serum.
Wash your face and hands.
The lash serum won’t be able to permeate the skin and start working if you put it on top of moisturizer, on filthy skin, or over makeup. Make sure to thoroughly clean your hands and eyes using a mild cleanser to remove any natural oils, makeup, or anything that could still be on them.
The eyes are so delicate you should not rub them with unwashed hands that can have bacteria or dirt on them. Your eyes should only ever be touched by clean hands.
Please give it a few minutes to dry and apply it on dry lashes.
Wait a few minutes after washing your face to ensure all the hairs are dry before applying the solution to your lashes because any moisture there could allow the serum to seep into your eyes.
Apply serum
Apply a thin line of serum along your top lash line using the applicator included with the lash serum or a fresh, thin brush. Could you stay away from getting it in your eyes? A little bit is often enough. To cover your lash line, a very minimal amount is sufficient. Every day, typically in the evening, apply the serum. Most serums are made to function while you’re sleeping.
Be Patient
After three weeks, start keeping an eye on your eyelashes. Most products start to produce results at this point. At week eight, the most significant effects are shown. The lash serum can then be used once every other day.
Check for allergies
If you suffer itchiness or an allergic response, stop using the product and seek the advice of a dermatologist or eye doctor.
Are Eyelash serums safe?
Lash serums are safe when used as directed and per the manufacturer’s directions. They should not, however, be used if you are wearing makeup or contact lenses. Stop using immediately and seek medical attention if an unpleasant response (itchy, red eyes, or darkening of the eyelids) develops.
