Cut down on sugar and sodas: One of the functions of the liver is to convert sugar to fat. Taking in too much sugar will have you a lot of fat hanging where they should not.

Refrain from consuming products made from white flour such as bread, pastries and pasta. Highly refined grains lack minerals and fibre.
They contain a high amount of carbohydrates which convert to sugar and converts to fat in the liver.
Living in a country like Nigeria is highly difficult as they are the more affordable food for the masses. You can cut back on how much you consume them.
Taking too much of anything containing acetaminophen is bad for you. For instance, taking more than the required dose of paracetamol.
Do not SELF MEDICATE! Taking food rich in fibre, vegetables, vitamin E such as almonds, broccoli, oatmeal, avocado is good for your liver.
Living a healthy life with a good diet and exercise is a preventive measure to a lot of diseases.
