Chin chin is a delicious, crunchy snack popular in Nigeria and other regions of West Africa. Chin chin is produced with a simple combination of flour, sugar, milk, and occasionally eggs and is flavored with spices such as nutmeg and vanilla.
The dough is kneaded, rolled out, and cut into small pieces before perfectly cooking. The materials, preparation, and frying technique all have a role in generating a soft texture.
