Usually, a thin film of transparent fluid keeps the vaginal walls lubricated. The hormone estrogen contributes to the preservation of that fluid as well as the thick, elastic, and healthy vaginal lining.

The amount of moisture available decreases with a dip in estrogen levels. It can occur for a variety of reasons at any age.

It could be a minor annoyance. However, the state of your sex life might be significantly affected by low vaginal moisture. Thankfully, there are several natural treatments available to ease dry vaginas.

Ways to create natural lubrication

Consistent exercise

Regularly exercising and pumping blood are beneficial for your general health and physical appearance, but they may also improve the blood flow to your vaginal region.

Those who experience vaginal dryness frequently lack the moisturizing and protecting vaginal fluid that increases blood flow and often gives the tissues more opportunity to produce.

In order to get things flowing, consider beginning a regular workout regimen. You might also experience some alleviation from your dryness problems.

Coconut Water

To alleviate dry vaginas, you can apply a natural oil, like coconut oil. The natural oil extracted from fully-grown coconuts is called virgin coconut oil. It can be used to alleviate dry skin and has numerous health benefits.

As a naturally occurring emollient, coconut oil may aid in skin hydration. You can gently massage coconut oil into the vagina in an even layer. Prior to touching your intimate areas, always wash your hands.

Soy

Chemicals included in soy provide several health advantages. More research is required to support the use of soy dietary supplements in treating menopausal symptoms like hot flashes and vaginal dryness. You can incorporate soy and soy-based items into your meals and recipes to get the benefits.

Omega-3 Foods

Foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids may help to improve blood flow, lessen dry vaginal skin, and provide more vaginal lubrication. Raw pumpkin, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, and fish, particularly salmon, mackerel, and tuna, are a few examples of these foods. Fish is also an excellent source of fatty acids.

Vitamin B

Did you know that increasing immunological function is a function of vitamin B? Furthermore, healthy immunological activity is crucial for vaginal health. To boost vitamin B levels in your diet, eat foods like potatoes, salmon, poultry, and bananas.

Alternatively, a vitamin B supplement might be taken. However, like with any vitamin, exercise caution to avoid overdosing, as this can lead to stomach issues, severe sores, and loss of control over your muscles.

Avocados

Avocados are a mainly “fatty” fruit that is rich in potassium, vitamin B-6, and good fats that have been demonstrated to raise estrogen levels, strengthen vaginal walls, and increase vaginal lubrication.

Boost the foreplay

Vaginal dryness can occasionally occur during intimacy; this is not always a sign of anything wrong, but rather that you might be jumping too quickly into the main event.

To allow your body time to prepare for sex, discuss with your spouse increasing the amount of foreplay in your intimate moments.
