An over-response to infertility can shut down your body; sometimes, infertility patients respond to the stress of being unable to conceive aggressively. Having less stress can help with fertility treatment; it may not result in a pregnancy, but it allows your blood to circulate.

Chronic stress affects estrogen level, ovulation, and menstruation quality which increases the risk of infertility in women. It can affect women’s menstruation in several ways; high-stress levels may cause irregular and painful menstruation.

In some cases, It reduces women’s sexual desires and affects their reproductive health due to negative emotions and feelings.

However, there are many stress-reducing techniques that a fertility patient can consider.

Develop a coping strategy to manage stress related to fertility treatment; this can help you feel in control and improve your mental well-being. No one expects women to approach fertility treatment stress-free but find ways to minimize stress.

Eat healthy meals daily: When you are stressed or under pressure, you tend to eat sugary foods that are not healthy. Make sure you eat a healthy diet with fresh fruits and veggies.

Exercise and relax your body: When you have been trying to be pregnant, but to no avail, you can try moderate exercises, like dancing, cycling, jogging and walking. It can be empowering to alleviate the stress of infertility but ensure you combine it with healthy meals.
