Eating groundnuts can help reduce inflammation and keep skin moisturised.
There is no medical evidence that groundnuts cause pimples. Thus, that claim cannot be made.

Although no specific foods have been linked to pimples in studies, one’s body can react to any food if they are allergic to it, resulting in pimples or a rash.
