Yoga Hatha

The word “hatha” (Sanskrit) refers to all of the physical asanas in yoga.

However, apart from the physical practice of yoga, there are other branches of art, including kriya, raja, and karma yoga.

Vinyasa Yoga

Breathing exercises and movement are combined in vinyasa yoga. It replicates the flow of life by generating a series of postures with deliberate breathing.

Yin Yoga

Using props like bolsters, blankets and blocks, the technique targets the hips, lower back and thighs while encouraging relaxation by letting gravity do the heavy lifting.

Yin yoga concentrates on the body’s connective tissues, whereas other styles of yoga concentrate on the main muscle groups.

Similar to Yin yoga, restorative yoga emphasizes deep relaxation through the use of supports to help the body relax into restful positions.

Kundalini Yoga

An all-encompassing spiritual practice that incorporates breathing exercises, meditation, chanting, and physical postures.

Kundalini yoga, sometimes referred to as the “yoga of awareness,” consists of repeated positions. The latent kundalini Shakti is awakened via kundalini yoga.
